What is Saïd Business School?
Said Business School is the business school of the University of Oxford. The Said Business School (SBS) offers undergraduate and graduate programs in finance, commerce and management. The school has several master’s programs in business administration (MBA) and doctorate programs covering various aspects of business and finance.
Founded in 1996, the Saïd Business School is one of the new players in the field of business schools. Yet it has always been ranked among the best business schools in the world. This program replaced the old Oxford Center for Management Studies, which taught business and management courses from 1965 until it was renamed.
The school was created following a major donation from Wafic Saïd, a wealthy arms dealer and financier.
Said Business School Programs
Said Business School offers undergraduate, graduate and graduate programs. The undergraduate program offers a diploma, a bachelor of arts in economics and management. It is offered as a joint program between the business school and the economics department.
The school offers a full-time MBA, an executive MBA and a doctorate. programs. It also offers a Master of Science in Program Management. The MBA program focuses on entrepreneurship, the global rules of the game and responsible leadership. The Executive MBA program is a 21-month program designed for people with more than five years of management experience.

Said School of Business has been ranked first business school by the Times Higher Education Awards. The MBA program has been ranked third full-time international program by Bloomberg Businessweek, number three in the UK by the Financial Times, and seven best non-US business schools for return on investment by Forbes. The Executive MBA has been ranked number one in the UK by The Economist, number two in the world by The Economist and number nine in the world by The Financial Times.
